1. Who we are
falconpeakventures.com (the “Site”) is operated by Falcon Peak Ventures, Samanabad, Faisalabad, Pakistan (“we”, “us”). Falcon Peak Ventures is the parent brand of FPV Store and FPV Courier.
2. Our ventures have their own terms
This Site introduces our businesses. When you leave it to use one of them, that venture’s terms apply:
- FPV Store — purchases, payments, delivery and returns are governed by the FPV Store Terms and Returns & Exchanges policy.
- FPV Courier — bookings, delivery charges, Cash on Delivery collections and payouts are governed by the terms shown on courier.falconpeakventures.com and in your FPV Courier account.
If these terms and a venture’s terms differ, the venture’s terms apply to that service.
3. Using the Site
You may browse the Site for personal and business purposes. Please do not misuse it — for example by trying to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, copying it at scale, or using our contact details to send spam.
4. Information on the Site
We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date. Figures such as parcels delivered or partner brands are approximate and change over time. Prices, stock, delivery coverage and charges are confirmed on each venture’s own platform at the time you order or book.
5. Our brand and content
The Falcon Peak Ventures, FPV Store and FPV Courier names, the falcon-and-peak logo, and the Site’s text and design belong to Falcon Peak Ventures. Please don’t reuse them without our written permission.
6. Links to other services
The Site links to services we don’t control, such as WhatsApp, email providers and Google Maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
7. Liability
The Site is provided “as is” for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Site itself. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be limited.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
